Refund:
All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition. There are no returns or exchanges on special ordered items. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number on the shipping label or package (never write anything on the manufacturer's box). A Return Authorization Number can be obtained by calling Mytimepiece.com, toll-free, at 800-370-7470.

Mytimepiece.com will accept returned merchandise for a refund in the original form of payment for 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be assessed on items which originally were shipped for free.

Exchange:
Mytimepiece.com will be happy to accept exchanges on items purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will receive credit for the total amount of your purchase less the original shipping charges, which will be applied towards your new purchase. There is a limit of one exchange per order.The customer is responsible for shipping the returned merchandise to our main warehouse at 5001 Avenue I, Brooklyn, NY 11234.

The customer is advised to use a traceable courier and insure their package for the full purchase price as Mytimepiece.com cannot be responsible for packages that don't reach our warehouse. Please allow 7-10 days from the time we receive your package for returns or exchanges to be processed.

Defective Items:
Rarely there might be an instance where the watch is received damaged or defective. Should this occur, please contact us as soon as possible and we will rectify it immediately. All defective and guarantee claims must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of merchandise and must be returned to Mytimepiece.com within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
